GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free shipping on all orders OVER €70 TO U.K & Ireland.

For destinations outside of U.K & Ireland your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order. Expedited orders will ship within 24 hours when you place your order by 11 am GMT +1.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All Nunaïa orders are delivered by a 3rd party courier service so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you always have the most up-to-date delivery information.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES ON MY ORDER?

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees and duties. Nunaïa Beauty is not responsible for any additional customs fees and duties or reimbursement of the same. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges and we would advise you check this before placing your order. Refused packages will not be refunded.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased from our website, you may return it to us within 14 days from receipt of said item. Please contact customer care at hello [at} nunaia.com for a returns authorization form.

All unwanted goods must be returned in an unused, as new condition with the original packaging and any free samples/free gifts received along with a completed returns form. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us at the price you purchased them.

Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and Nunaïa Beauty is not responsible for return postage or lost or undelivered items.

Depending on which courier service you use, it can take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return. Once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them promptly. Refunds will automatically issue to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed and appear back in your account. As soon as we have processed your return you will receive an email notification. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us at hello [at] nunaia.com

 

RETURNING GOODS ON WHICH DUTY HAS BEEN PAID

If you have paid duty for the order you received and you’re returning it to us, you should be able to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To find out how and for any other queries about customs duties please contact your local customs authority. To ensure there is no further duty to pay please mark your return parcel, ‘RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE’.
