Sunscreen is your best friend and is absolutely the best investment you can make in your skin. Long-term, wearing sunscreen is one of the greatest anti-ageing gifts you can give your skin. Tinted moisturiser with an SPF won’t cut it during the summer months so make sure to apply SPF50 every day and to re-apply regularly. You should be using about a teaspoon of sunscreen on your face and two tablespoons to adequately cover your body. Sunscreen will help prevent pigmentation or sun spots forming and will prevent accelerated ageing of the skin so if you do nothing else pop on a layer of sunscreen.
