To recap on how the project works, for every bottle of hand sanitiser we sell, we donate an additional 50% to healthcare providers. So to make it simple, if you buy a 50ml bottle we will donate 25ml, if you buy 500ml we will donate 250ml. So you can keep you and your family safe as well as giving back!
We started the project to support our local healthcare workers in the midst of the pandemic. Hand sanitiser was in short supply and we had everything we needed in our manufacturing facility to quickly adapt and manufacture high-quality, full approved hand sanitiser that is also gentle on the hands.
This has been the most fun part of the project! Getting out and meeting (at a distance) the incredible front line workers who helped look after us over the past few months and spread a little Nunaïa love has been heart-warming and has brought real joy to us at Nunaïa HQ.
We have distributed sanitiser donations to the following organisations which are both local to our headquarters in Tipperary and several larger hospitals including:
Staff at Portumna Retirement Village receive their sanitiser.
We are continuing to run the GIVE A HAND project so you can still support our local healthcare workers over the coming months.
