DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Nunaïa Beauty ships from Ireland, within the EU. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or local taxes and we would advise you to check this before placing your order.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and we are not responsible for any additional customs fees and duties or reimbursement of the same. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, it cannot be refunded.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Nunaïa ritual. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging and returned with any complimentary gifts received
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
Once your return arrives with us, it will be inspected and processed promptly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been completed.
