SIGNATURE SCENT PERFUME OIL FAQ'S
To use as a therapeutic tool to help reduce stress and prepare for restful sleep: Roll the roller ball over the pressure points on your wrist and behind your ears. Hold your wrist to your nose, close your eyes and take three deep, slow breaths.
On the inhale breathe in calm and on the exhale release any stress or tension. Re-apply as needed.
Please note this is a concentrated perfume oil so you only need to roll a tiny amount onto your skin.
