Hi, I'm Nicola!
I've spent the past 12 years living, working and studying with traditional communities on the Galapagos Islands, the Amazon Rainforest and the Andes Mountains of Ecuador and Peru seeking a deeper meaning in my own life, greater connection with nature and the ancestral wisdom of the land and, ultimately a more balanced way to live.
At the heart of the insights I have gained from this wisdom is the importance of ‘daily rituals,’ or moments of self-care. Taking the time to stop and pause, to re-connect with ourselves, to what is precious to us, allows us to find moments of stillness in daily life.
This is how the vision for Nunaïa and our 'Superfood Skincare Rituals' came to be.
