◄HOW SOON WILL MY HAND SANITISER ORDER ARRIVE? 

We are currently shipping orders within 5-7 days for delivery in Ireland & U.K only. Please be patient as in the current circumstances courier transport times are taking slightly longer than usual. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

◄IS YOUR HAND SANITISER WHO COMPLIANT?

Yes. our hand sanitiser contains 70% isopropyl alcohol and meets World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines for effective cleaning and disinfection of the hands. Nunaïa hand Sanitiser is also a fully approved and regulated Biocide hand sanitiser PCS 100301 certified by the Department of Agriculture.

◄DOES YOUR HAND SANITISER CONTAIN 70% ALCOHOL?

Yes, our hand sanitiser contains 70% isopropyl alcohol at a 99.6% purity grade. 

◄WHAT OTHER INGREDIENTS ARE IN YOUR HAND SANITISER?

We have included additional nourishing and softening natural ingredients in our hand sanitiser including plant-based glycerine to protect and soften your hands and natural essential oils for a fresh, clean scent and to boost a feeling of well-being and calm during these times.

◄DOES YOUR HAND SANITISER SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

Unfortunately our hand sanitiser only ships to Ireland and the United Kingdom currently. Our other products ship worldwide with the exception of the U.S and Canada.  

◄HOW IS YOUR HAND SANITISER PACKAGED?

Hand sanitiser is classified as a biocide in Ireland and as such is regulated by the Department of Agriculture, Food & the Marine. In order to meet all regulatory compliance our hand sanitiser must be packaged in plastic. While we normally use glass in all our skincare products, unfortunately due to the high alcohol content of hand sanitiser and the potential safety risk of breakage in transit and use, the Department of Agriculture does not allow the sale of hand sanitiser in glass bottles. For this reason we have adapted to meet the market need for hand sanitiser in current circumstances and use PET1 bottles that are fully recyclable. In addition, we are also offering larger refill size bottles to reduce the amount of smaller bottles in circulation and to allow you to re-use your own bottles at home.
