Meditation Class to Relieve Stress and Find Balance

In today's wellness series, Tara O'Rourke of Saol Beo has kindly offered to share a complimentary YOGA NIDRA relaxation practice with us. Tara is a yoga teacher, wellness therapist and homepath and when we met her last year we were deeply touched by her authentic approach and the care with which she supports her clients' growth and transformation.

The 30 minute meditation class is suitable for all levels including beginners and is designed to calm the nervous system, help you ground into your body and reconnect with your breath.

All you need is a blanket and yoga mat and it can be nice to light a candle and create a space of connection for yourself during this practice where you won't be disturbed.

We know how hard it can be find time to attend a class at a specific time so we've uploaded the class so you can take Tara's restorative class whenever suits you. A big thanks to Tara for this beautiful practice.
