Summer. Who doesn’t love it? Despite things being a little different this year, we hope you still managed to catch up with family and friends in a socially distanced way, had time to relax and that your skin has an amazing, healthy glow. Today, we're sharing our top tips on how to transition your skin easily from summer to autumn and keep that glow as the seasons change.

With different seasons, comes different weather and environments, which impact the skin in different ways. During summer, your skin may feel more moisturised because of the humidity that’s naturally in the air. However, once autumn arrives, humidity typically decreases and the air becomes drier and we're exposed to sudden temperature changes. This can mean drier, dull, more irritated skin. This isn’t the best news for most of us, particularly those with sensitive skin conditions like eczema.

The drier, colder months also affect the skin’s renewal process which slows down and sheds less. So you have to work twice as hard to get the results that you want for your skin.

1). Stay hydrated

Our skin is made up of 64% water and is key to human health as it aids circulation, digestion and even helps rid the body and skin of toxins. It helps to increase the density of the skin. 2). Eat healthy

3). Moisturise!

This tip probably seems obvious, but are you moisturising effectively? Apply moisturiser to the skin immediately after cleansing or taking a shower while skin is still damp.
